SCHD Capital Campaign: Phase 1

Hospital Donor Wall

Consider being part of this historic moment in Sublette County with the creation of our first hospital.  The donor recognition wall is a permanent display that celebrates our organization’s generous supporters.

Radiology Equipment - $1 Million

The 1 million will enable the purchase of the radiology equipment that the USDA loan allowed to be covered by fundraising efforts, including an XRAY machine, a 32-slice CT Scanner, and a 3D Digital Tomosynthesis mammography machine.

DEXA Machine - $60K

These funds will go toward the purchase of a DEXA machine for the new hospital. This piece of equipment is essential for providing bone density scans.

MRI Machine - $2.2 Million

These funds will allow for the completion of shelled space in the imaging bays. Sublette County currently sends every MRI out of the county, which is the loss of a vital revenue stream and causes the patients hardship.

Sublette Center Outdoor Spaces - $450K

The Sublette Center Outdoor spaces will provide exterior living space for Sublette Center residents, including patios, flower gardens, sitting areas, a walking path, and raised beds where residents can garden.

It will also include a playground. Local preschool children visit the Sublette Center every week, and residents have asked for a space where they can watch the kids play. This will also draw the community up to visit the Sublette Center. Thanks to a $100K donation from Satchitananda Ranch, the playground is fully funded!

Sublette Center Fireplaces - $15K

The new long-term care facility includes a secured Memory Care Unit (a specialized unit for dementia care) with 10 beds. The $15,000 will go towards three fireplaces: one for the Memory Care wing and two others for the Sublette Center main areas.

Architectural Design of Surgery Suites - $190K

The surgical suites are currently shelled space in the new facility. These will be an important economic driver for the future hospital. The first step to completing them is to design and develop building plans for this 7000 sq foot area.

Unrestricted Giving - $2 Million

Unsure about which project to give for? Choose the unrestricted option! These funds will go towards any of the projects listed above!
